Master suites have king beds overlooking immaculately landscaped gardens with private baths featuring oversized Jacuzzi, toilet, bidet and pedestal sink. Guest bedrooms feature king beds overlooking a closed beautifully landscaped garden and fountain. Guest bedrooms have a private full bath. The first floor of each Carriage house (two units) features high ceilings (9 feet), a fireplace, a powder room and a modern kitchen.

Four bedrooms, 2.5 baths - Master suite overlooks the Bay, has a private balcony, ceiling fan, and a full bath with large Jacuzzi, separate shower with 2 shower heads, bidet, toilet and two pedestal sinks. The first guest bedroom also features a King sized bed with balcony overlooking the Bay. The second guest room features a circa 1880 bedroom suite with full size bed. The third guest bedroom features twin beds overlooking the inner Italianate courtyard with fountain. The guest bathroom has a garden tub, two pedestal sinks, toilet and separate shower. The first floor of the main house features living room, fireplace, dining room, den with sofa / sleeper, modern kitchen and powder room. Living, dining and kitchen rooms have full views of the Bay through four double full paned sliding doors.

To accommodate our winter guest the following rates apply from October through April with a minimum of three (3) months rental:
