Dragon Pointe is an Italianate Villa available for short time rental set in beautiful courtyards, fountains, statues and gardens on the scenic eastern shore of Mobile Bay south of Fairhope, Alabama.  The fountains are filled with goldfish and aquatic plants and the gardens are planted with citrus trees, roses, azaleas and camellias.  This is the perfect place for couples or families who wish to get away to their dream paradise vacation.   The main house has a full porch overlooking the Mobile Bay with ample chairs, settees, rocking chairs and serving carts.  Both the main house and carriage house are beautifully decorated and furnished with decorative accents from around the world.  The two buildings surround the central courtyard with seating and dining areas. Most bedrooms have king-size beds.  There are king-size beds, jacuzzis and bidets in all master suites.  There are televisions, large living rooms and modern kitchens.  Fireplaces are present for the ambience of winter.  Ample free parking is provided.  Adjacent to the property is a walking, jogging and bicycling path.     The area is a wonderland of graceful relaxation, carefree living, exquisite shopping and elegant dining.  At Dragon Pointe you will be living on the Mobile Bay with water views and access to magnificent sunsets with a large spacious pier house for gracious leisure time.   The pier house has swings, settees, chairs and tables.  The adjacent beach is sandy and ideal for children’s dreams of sandcastles and toys or just walking along the beach in the sand.   

   Dragon Pointe is located near the world class Grande Hotel with its beaches, swimming pools, extensive landscaped grounds, golf, tennis, spa and health club and the resort town of Fairhope, Alabama.  Fairhope is famous for its garden-like setting, flower lined streets and old trees.  There is boutique shopping, superb dining, spa and health clubs, art galleries offering classes, senior center with interesting activities and adult education though the universities, churches and civic clubs.  Public actives include a historic pier with its gardens and restaurants, several boat launch facilities close by and access by walking path.  There are two yacht clubs within two miles of Dragon Pointe.  In addition to boutique and retail shopping nearby, there is a very large discount mall with over 250 name brand outlet stores in Foley, Alabama.  Foley is approximately 20 minutes or 15 miles east and is 15 minutes or 10 miles north of Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan, and adjacent Orange Beach, Alabama’s recreational paradise on the Gulf of Mexico with its sugar white sand beaches and deep-sea fishing.
