Renting is seasonal at Dragon Pointe to accommodate our winter visitors!

October through April:
Carriage House (two units): Master suites have king beds overlooking immaculately landscaped gardens with private baths featuring oversized Jacuzzi, toilet, bidet and pedestal sink.  Guest bedrooms feature king beds overlooking a closed beautifully landscaped garden and fountain. Guest bedrooms have a private full bath. The first floor of each Carriage house (two units) features high ceilings (9 feet), a fireplace, a powder room and a modern kitchen.
Price: $1,650.00 each per month

Main House: Four bedrooms, 2.5 baths – Master suite overlooks the bay, has a private balcony, ceiling fan and a full bath with large Jacuzzi, separate shower with 2 shower heads, bidet, toilet and his and her pedestal vanities.  The first guest bedroom also features a king bed with private balcony overlooking the Mobile Bay.  The second guest bedroom features a circa 1880 bedroom suite with full-sized bed.  The third guest bedroom features a king bed overlooking the inner Italianate courtyard with fountain.  The guest bathroom has a garden tub, double pedestal sinks, toilet and separate shower.  The first floor of the main house features living room, fireplace, dining room, den, and modern kitchen.

Year Round Short Term Rentals as follows:

Carriage House only:  Minimum stays three (3) nights

              Additional nights $300.00 per night with maximum $1650.00 per week

Main House Only:  Minimum stays four (4) nights

Additional nights $500.00 per night with maximum $3300.00 per week


On Booking: Deposit of $500.00 toward rental on Carriage House or $1,000.00 on Main House.  Non refundable with less than two weeks notice
